Estate ManagerThese terms govern use of the Patnasonic Estate Manager platform by residents, owners, staff and executives.
Estate Manager is the official governance, revenue assurance and property administration system of Patnasonic Estate. It maintains the property register, issues invoices, records receipts, manages debt recovery, and coordinates facility and gate operations on behalf of the estate's governance bodies.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. Estate staff accounts are created by the estate office; resident accounts must be linked to a property record by the estate office before full access is granted.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful estate-related purposes. You must not attempt to access records you are not authorised to view, misrepresent your identity or role, interfere with the platform's operation, or extract estate data for purposes outside estate administration.
Invoices, receipts, credit notes, payment plans and recovery records on this platform constitute the estate's official financial record. Charges are raised under resolutions and charge programmes authorised by the estate's governance bodies. Disputes must be raised through the disputes facility so they can be reviewed and evidenced.
The estate processes personal data (names, contact details, property links, payment and visitor records) solely for estate administration, revenue assurance and security. Access is role-scoped: staff see operational records, residents see their own properties and accounts. Audit logs record significant actions for accountability.
By using the platform you consent to receive service communications — invoices, receipts, reminders, announcements and account notices — by email and in-app notification. These are part of the service and are not marketing messages.
The estate office endeavours to keep the platform available and accurate but does not warrant uninterrupted service. Records shown are those held at the time; where you believe a record is wrong, contact the estate office or raise a dispute.
These terms may be updated by the estate's governance bodies. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
